Today's mini-advice is about the correct way to exercise 😊

・ I'm worried about my lower abdomen and I'm exercising, but my stomach doesn't slim down😓
・ I exercised because I wanted to have a beautiful body, but for some reason my legs became bulky😵.
・ When I exercised, my lower back hurt. 😱

You may be trying your best to exercise, but the results are not good ... Or maybe you're beginning to feel like exercise might be counterproductive. 😲
