The art of walking beautifully and lightly no matter your age

Today's mini-advice is about "walking" 😊

The other day I taught a class of, majority, older clients.
Every single person seemed to have the same concerns, such as "my knees hurt 😓" and "the way I walk is sloppy 😅".

No matter how old you are, I'm sure you want to walk lightly with beautiful posture but when you attempt to do this you may tend to "stick out your chest" and "walk with a longer stride".

I'm here to tell you that you don't have to force yourself to do that!
If you loosen a certain part of your body and teach your body how to use it, you will naturally be able to walk beautifully and lightly🎵
